events and marketing administrator
Belmont Estate is looking for an Events & Marketing Administrator to join the team: this varied and important role provides administrative support across Belmont’s events calendar and marketing communications, helping coordinate events, maintain brand consistency and help inter-team communications.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Bristol, reporting to the Operations Lead and working closely with the Events and Marketing teams.

What we’re looking for
- A proactive, organised and detail-focused administrator who enjoys variety and a fast pace of work, with a strong belief in the mission and values of Belmont.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Development & Events Director, Events Assistant and Marketing Communications Lead.
- Assist with coordination and scheduling of the events calendar, including supplier and contractor liaison, bookings, transport and logistics for estate events and functions.
- Handle event enquiries by phone, email and in person, maintaining communication with guests from initial enquiry through to the event itself, utilising our client database management system.
- Help dress venues, organise collateral, welcome guests, and support with photography, post-event clear-down, feedback and follow-up on leads.
- Assist in scheduling and publishing event and brand content across social media, web and email, and help draft copy for event promotion and post-event posts.
- Support maintenance of the digital library and provide administrative support for event costing and budget tracking.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong verbal and written communication and good attention to detail.
- A confident, friendly and professional customer service manner, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfort using, or keenness to learn, social media and digital marketing tools.
- Experience in an administrative, events, hospitality or customer-facing role;
- Experience in marketing, social media and content creation;
- Passionate about nature, climate, food and sustainability.
- Flexible, dependable and a team player who also works well autonomously, comfortable working outside core hours (08:00–16:30, Monday to Friday) when events require it.
