Hire Purpose joins forces with Belmont

We’re delighted to welcome Hire Purpose, a purpose-led recruitment consultancy, as the latest organisation to join the Belmont Partnership — a growing movement of businesses committed to restoring nature, tackling climate change, and embedding sustainability at the heart of their operations. This new partnership represents a bold step forward in aligning a people-first business with planet-positive action. Through their involvement, Hire Purpose is not only investing in the health of our natural world, but also offering their team meaningful ways to connect with nature, community, and purpose.

A partnership rooted in purpose

The Belmont Partnership brings together organisations that want to go beyond traditional corporate responsibility. It’s a values-driven alliance that delivers real impact — restoring ecosystems, increasing biodiversity, and enabling inclusive access to nature.

As a Belmont Partner, Hire Purpose will not only contribute to the restoration of 250m² of nature per team member, but also a 250m² uplift per person that is placed with their clients across our voluntary nature rewilding projects. In addition, their team will take part in immersive volunteering days, guided visits to regenerative landscapes, and shared meals in nature — experiences designed to inspire reflection, wellbeing, and a deeper connection to the natural world.

Henry Rossiter, Business Director at Belmont, said:
We’re incredibly proud to welcome Hire Purpose into the Belmont Partnership. Their commitment to building a fairer, more innovative world of recruitment makes them a natural fit. Together, we can drive real environmental and social impact — while creating enriching experiences for their people and the community.”

Taking sustainability beyond the office

Louis Eastwell, Founder & Co-Managing Director of Hire Purpose, commented:
“It was during an immersive guided tour across Belmont Estate that I learned of just how impactful their rewilding efforts were positively enhancing the biodiversity of their 140 acre site. After hearing about their bespoke community initiatives that support marginalised groups, as well as inner-city children who don’t have access to green spaces like these, I knew we had to get involved and support BE’s mission. It was a no-brainer.”

As the Belmont Partnership continues to expand, we’re excited to work with more forward-thinking organisations like Hire Purpose — businesses that are ready to act on climate, restore ecosystems, and build stronger, more resilient communities.
