Wellbeing X Belmont with Rebecca Hiscutt
October 6 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm£250
A nourishing course designed to equip you with powerful tools for a strong, calm, reenergised you. We are excited to introduce you to Dr Rebecca Hiscutt, our trusted nutritional expert and your host for the May Wellbeing X Belmont full day course.
We will gather in our charming Carriage House for artisan refreshments and an introduction to the day from Dr Rebecca Hiscutt. Your first session will be based around nutrition, covering mood connections and eating.
Next, we will explore the Walled Garden, discovering ingredients that increase brain power, build resilience, nurture gut health and aid restful sleep. A botanical tea of herbs and Belmont honey freshly brewed over an open fire will support your endeavours.
In our double height dining room, our Head Chef will host a live cooking demonstration of a healthy, nutritional recipe based on the wisdom gained during the morning. He will be utilising the very best organic, home-grown ingredients that Belmont has to offer.
After lunch, Dr Rebecca Hiscutt will then hold an interactive workshop, inspired by the beautiful produce, recipes and learnings of the day. She will show you how to bring balanced nutrition into everyday life.
Belmont’s own delicious and nutritious early summer canapés will be served in the Carriage House, followed by a two course meal with a selection of sharing dishes.
The afternoon’s focus will be that of wellbeing, delivered in the comfort of one of our relaxing and sun-filled rooms.
To conclude your day, there will be a calming guided walk to explore the natural beauty of Belmont’s peaceful and tranquil woodlands and estates grounds. In the tranquillity of our woodlands, Rebecca will lead you through some techniques inspired by mindfulness, breath work and the art of self-compassion.
As your day draws to an end, you will be feeling relaxed, calm and equipped with exciting new tools to take back with you to your everyday life.
We will give you a gorgeous goody bag with a Belmont twist – including soap made from our rare breed tallow, nutritious recipe cards and some superb reading materials from Rebecca.
